Beach House - Onrus

Location: Onrus, Western Cape

Type: Beach House Alterations and Additions

Date: April 2026

Located in a seaside town, the concept is centred around enhancing the home’s existing connection to the ocean. A portion of the existing deck is enclosed to extend the primary living area, creating a light-filled space with panoramic ocean views while providing shelter from coastal winds.  The alterations also extend the garage below to create a double garage with additional storage for seasonal outdoor equipment. Within the main bedroom suite, improved storage, a larger and more functional en-suite, and a new private balcony further enhance comfort while making the most of the surrounding coastal setting.
